You can now create triggers that send notifications or automatically run code whenever a change occurs in an AWS CodeCommit repository. You can send notifications from Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) or invoke AWS Lambda functions in response to the repository events you choose (e.g. commit to a department,department or tag creation, and department or tag deletion). This helps you customize and automate your development workflow.
