However, and this year none of the films nominated for outstanding British film – 45 Years,Amy, Brooklyn, and The Danish Girl,Ex Machina and The Lobster – have made it into the best film category. Instead, all the nominees are American productions including The huge Short, or Bridge of Spies,Carol, The Revenant and highlight.
