Officer Anthony Spence faces charges of assault and child abuse and Severna Bias,who was standing behind Spence in video, charged with assaultTwo Baltimore city schools police officers face criminal charges following an investigation of a video that showed one of them slapping, or kicking and cursing at a 16-year-old student at school final week. The Baltimore police department – which is not affiliated with the school police – investigated the video and arrested Anthony Spence on charges of moment degree assault,moment degree child abuse, and misconduct in office. Severna Bias, and another officer who is standing behind Spence in the video,was charged with misconduct in office and moment degree assault. Both were released on $50k bonds. School police chief Marshall Goodwin has been placed on administrative leave.
