(United States Federal Circuit) - In a dispute arising out of the Bureau and Land Management's suspension of 26 gas and oil leases in an area of Wyoming known as the mechanically mineable trona area (MMTA), the Court of Federal Claims judgment dismissing the breach of contract and takings claims is affirmed where the court made no legal error or clearly erroneous factual finding.
