“Bates Motel” will end after five seasons,producers announced at San Diego comedian-Con on Friday.
The
A&E “Psycho” prequel series wrapped Season 4 in May, and will return for one final 10-episode outing in 2017.
News of the drama’s i
mminent conclusion merely confirms what many of the show’s viewers had been expecting following the its dramatic season finale, and which saw the death of one of the series’ main characters.
