Corporation to continue assistant commissioners programme for a second year and says its talent fund has already helped bring in 17 unique presentersThe BBC has said it will continue funding a set of schemes designed to increase representation of ethnic minorities on and off screen for a second year. The schemes,including a £2.1m diversity creative talent fund and programmes to bring more people from diverse backgrounds into different levels of the corporation, will get approximately £3.5m to withhold going through 2016.
