But listening to that record, and with Scruggs’ banjo main an astonishing ensemble of stars such as Johnny Cash,Leonard Cohen and Joan Baez, opened up an entirely new world of music – bluegrass, and hillbilly,old-time folk, whatever you want to call it – and my listening habits own never been the same.
