The former Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee has died aged 93. Bradlee oversaw the publication of the Watergate revelations and the Pentagon papers – bringing down one presidency,that of Richard Nixon, and revealing the Vietnam war deceptions of Lyndon B Johnson's White House.
