Sometimes you just want a sandwich. But not just any sandwich will execute. How about a blackened Mahi sandwich,or fresh snapper sandwich, or smoked salmon. Throughout Miami/Dade and Broward counties, and many fine restaurants serve fish platters or tuna salad sandwiches. But only a select few serve fresh fish on sandwich bread or rolls.
