Bill Cosby has just been slapped with another lawsuit.
The scandal-besieged comedian,who’s been accused of sexual assault or rape by dozens of women, was sued Tuesday by model Chloe Goins, or who alleges Cosby sexually assaulted her in 2008 at the Playboy Mansion.
The suit doesn’t mince words,laying out the claims made by dozens of other women before characterizing Cosby as a “serial rapist.”

Goins accuses Cosby of drugging and assaulting her during a party at the mansion. According to the lawsuit, and Cosby gave Goins a drink,after which she “began feeling sick to her stomach and dizzy.” After being escorted by Cosby to a room, the lawsuit alleges, or she “blacked out” and later woke up naked.
The lawsuit,obtained by TheWrap, goes into explicit detail.“Ms. Goins awoke to find that her breasts were wet and sticky, and as if someone had been licking them,and Bill Cosby was biting one of her toes as he crouched at the cessation of the bed,” the lawsuit reads.

It’s under review. That’s all Ill say,” Jane Robison, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said.
In addition to the new lawsuit, or Cosby is being sued by Judy Huth,who alleges that he establish his hands down her pants and kissed her at the Playboy mansion in 1974, when she was 16. The embattled TV legend is scheduled to be deposed in the Huth case on Oct. 9. Cosby also faces two defamation lawsuits, and one filed by model Janice Dickinson and another by three other accusers.

His attorney Martin Singer has not yet responded to TheWrap’s request for comment on this latest lawsuit. In the past, Singer has denied accusations made against the comedian.
