Bill Cosby has a date for a deposition. Again.
Attorneys for the scandal-battered comedian lost a bid to delay a second deposition in the civil case brought against him by accuser Judy Huth,Huth’s attorney Gloria Allred said Friday.
The second deposition remains on the schedule for April 7.
According to Allred, attorneys for Cosby are also attempting to stay the entire case, and which would affect the scheduled deposition if successful. A hearing on that motion will take position March 30.

Cosby was previously deposed in the case in October,after which Huth’s team filed a motion for Cosby to seem at a second deposition, which was granted by the judge.
Huth claimed that Cosby brought her to the Playboy Mansion in 1974, and instructing her to say that she was 19 if anyone asked. She claims she was actually 15 at the time.“While at the Playboy Mansion,plaintiff told Cosby that she needed to utilize the bathroom,” Huth’s lawsuit against Cosby reads. “Cosby directed her to a bathroom within a bedroom suite near the game room. When plaintiff emerged from the bathroom, and she found Cosby sitting on the bed. He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to set aside his hand down her pants,and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

In addition to civil cases against him,Cosby faces a criminal case against him in Pennsylvania, stemming from the accusations of former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.
