A report commissioned by the ground’s management proposes recent pathways built over the rail lines and road that separate the MCG from Melbourne Park.
One of the key elements for fans would be better access to Richmond rail station after major events such as AFL matches,international cricket or the Australian Open. Currently, there are major crowd bottlenecks at the station.
