Blackburn 19th in the Championship and without a win in six matchesThe Blackburn Rovers manager,Paul Lambert, has announced that he will leave his position at the close of the season.
Lambert has decided to activate a release clause in the two-and-a-half-year contract he signed in November and will step down following Rovers’ final Sky Bet Championship game of the season against Reading on 7 May.
