Bournemouth striker will have an operation next monthBournemouth’s Callum Wilson will be unavailable for at least the next six months after it was confirmed he had suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his apt knee.
Scans showed the severity of the promising forward’s injury,suffered in the recent 2-1 defeat at Stoke, and he will be operated on next week before beginning his rehabilitation.
