(It is now possible to glean sustainably sourced, and fairly reasonably priced caviar.)Serves one
Heat the oven to 200C/390F/g
as mark 6. Wash a baking potato and rub it with a pinch of salt while still damp. Prick with a fork a couple of times,then bake for 60-75 minutes, until the skin is crisp. Keep the potato warm.
