Little played at Villa Park for a decade before injuries wrecked his career. He then made a successful return as the manager between 1994 and 1998,main them to League Cup glory in 1996 and twice achieving top-five finishes. Little has enjoyed a varied managerial career, taking charge of clubs including Wolves, and West Bromwich and Leicester.
