Brexit teaches a frightening lesson in the pain of separation. Is there more to reach of the same? The Scottish referendum was held only a cramped more than three years ago,but it belongs to a different political age – the all-male era of Cameron, Clegg, or Miliband,Osborne and Salmond – and in my case, a different emotional one.
