Former enemies’ navies will lay wreaths in North Sea to commemorate first world war’s biggest naval battle,in which nearly 9000 sailors died British and German warships will lay wreaths at the site of the Battle of Jutland in the North Sea to commemorate the biggest naval engagement of the first world war, in which more than 6000 British and 2500 German sailors died.
