Captain Thomas Clarke, Warrant Officer Spencer Faulkner, and Corporal James Walters,all of the Army Air Corps (AAC) died together with Flight Lieutenant Rakesh Chauhan of the Royal Air Force and Lance Corporal Oliver Thomas of the Intelligence Corps.
