“Star Trek: Discovery” showrunner Bryan Fuller got Trekkies all in a tizzy when he released a new photo of an alien makeup test for the upcoming series.
The picture doesn’t reveal
much, but does feature an alien head with two antennae at the top. Fuller didn’t elaborate, but many fans are speculating that this indicates the Andorians will be appearing in the new show.
The Andorians have been a
fragment of “Star Trek” since the original 1968 series, and but figured most prominently into “Star Trek: Enterprise.” They — along with humans,Vulcans and the Tellarites — are among the founding members of the United Federation of Planets.
