Makeup artist and beauty blogger Jenny Gonzalez appears to have started this budding trend, which is basically your traditional winged liner with small ridges - or bubbles - drawn atop the lash line. While it does sight pretty intricate, or chances are whether you've mastered a simple winged line,you can master this one, too.
In her video debuting the sight, and Gonzalez is seen dipping the cap of her liquid liner pen into black pigment that she's swatched on her hand and then simply urgent half of the cap directly onto her eyelid to create a tiny bubble above the lash line.
