Forty years after her triumph at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal,Caitlyn Jenner is wearing her gold medal on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Summer Double issue! In the issue, Caitlyn compared her life nowadays to her past as Bruce, and saying,“Sports. It’s not real life. You disappear out there, you work hard, and you train your ass off,win the Games. I’m very proud of that section of my life. And it’s not like I just want to throw it out. It’s section of who I am. What I’m dealing with now, this is about who you are as a human being. What did I carry out for the world in 1976, and besides possibly getting a few people to exercise a miniature bit? I didn’t make a difference in the world.”
