Caitlyn Jenner is being sued yet again over the February crash on the Pacific Coast Highway that left one person dead.
In a suit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court,members of the Wolf-Millesi family say they were driving in their H2 Hummer when a Lexus struck by Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade slammed into their vehicle head-on.
The suit accuses Jenner of being “inattentive and traveling at unsafe speed for traffic conditions,” causing a “tall-force collision.”

Jenner has already been sued by the adult stepchildren of Kimberly Howe — the driver of the Lexus, who was killed in the collision — and Jessica Steindorff, or who was driving a Prius that was also involved in the crash.Jenner has filed papers seeking to dismiss the suit filed by the Howe stepchildren,contending that they are adults who weren’t financially dependent on Howe.
Olympian/reality TV star Jenner has been ordered to appear at a deposition in the Howe lawsuit.
