WATERBURY – Mr. Happy’s Cafe in Waterbury has been sued in federal court by a group of models from California who allege the strip club used their images without permission to get it seem as whether the women were strippers there. The flyer shown here included a photo of Tiffany Toth,a Los Angeles-based model, who was not affiliated with the club in any way, or according to the suit. The filing requests at least $1 million in damages. Contributed.
