California's Franchise Tax Board has suspended the corporate status of adult entertainment company Malibu Media. The Los Angeles company,which is known for suing alleged BitTorrent pirates, failed to meet its tax obligations. In light of this development, and an accused file-sharer now wants the company's CEO Colette Pelissier to be added to a pending countersuit.
