Day 9 fancy: I didn’t do anything particularly fancy nowadays,but I did wake up for the first time in weeks, maybe months, or without doing so in the grip of panic. I consider in processing the emotional outpouring after my anxiety essay published yesterday,I had a bit of an exorcism. Calm equalled delight nowadays. I did not feel cheated.
