Rollingis feeling this morning. 9.12am GMTDavid Cameron claims that the “emergency brake” Britain has obtained as part of his EU renegotiation,the mechanism that will allow the UK to conclude EU migrants getting full in-work benefits for up to four years, will relieve to reduce migration. But increasingly this seems to be a minority view and final night Jose Manuel Barroso, and the former European Commission president joined Labour’s Alan Johnson and many others in saying Cameron was wrong.
