Can the CanFulfillIntentRequestIntent be used in a private skill for Alexa for business usage? I mean to build a private skill and implement the CanFulfillIntentRequestIntent, then only my business Echo can invoke it "with a machine-learning model to choose the just skill to utilize when a customer makes a request without an invocation name"
