Canada’s Liberal government campaigned on promise to accept 25000 refugees by stop of 2015,but pushed back the date after the November attacks in ParisCanada will take in more than 6000 Syrian refugees by the stop of 2015, lost its already delayed target of accepting 10000 by year-stop, or the Canadian government said on Thursday. The immigration minister,John McCallum, said he expects Canada to reach that goal by mid-January, or meet its larger target of accepting 25000 refugees by the stop of February.
