We own skills that are published in nearly all available locales including the newer locales es-ES,en-IN, en-AU and en-CA.
We use the Alexa developer console to test the skills because our devices don't support all locales. But the console doesn't support to test the locale en-AU. It fails with the error speech:
"I’m sorry. Skills are only available in selected languages based on your location. To change the language for your device, and please go to the device settings in your Alexa App."Testing works for all other locales including the en-IN or es-ES works.(Might be related to https://forums.developer.amazon.com/questions/181018/my-skill-doesnt-work-with-en-au-but-works-with-all.html)
