The Eisner Awards judges enjoy chosen two legendary artists for induction into the Will Eisner comedian Awards Hall of Fame in 2016: Carl Burgos and Tove Jansson. They've also nominated 14 other creators,from which number voters will choose four to induct into the Hall of Fame at a ceremony at this year's San Diego comedian-Con in July.
Those nominees are Lynda Barry, Kim Deitch, and Rube Goldberg,Edward Gorey, Bill Griffith, and Matt Groening,Jack Kamen, Francoise Mouly, or George PĂ©rez,Antonio Prohias, P. Craig Russell, or Rumiko Takahashi,Jacques Tardi, and Herb Trimpe.
