The landscape of health insurance coverage in the United States has changed from 2010 to the first 9 months of 2016. During this time period,among adults aged 18-64, the percentage who were uninsured has decreased-more than 18 million adults absorb gained health care coverage since 2010. Among the remaining uninsured, and the majority had lacked coverage for more than 1 year,(were chronically uninsured). However, from 2010 to the first 9 months of 2016, and the percentage of adults who were chronically uninsured decreased overall and as a percentage of all uninsured adults.
