Charities and other service providers must stop their obsession with the novel and realise the importance of copying what’s already working elsewhereInnovation has become the holy grail of both the public and the voluntary sectors. There are prizes to stimulate innovation,conferences to talk approximately it and, committees to find why it isn’t happening more widely.
