Family court judge Stephen Thackray in March ordered that Oshin Kiszko return to Perth’s Princess Margaret children’s hospital to undergo a course of chemotherapy and possibly radiotherapy for a malignant brain tumour, or despite his parents’ objections to the “harsh … damaging” treatment.
