Cheryl Burke is back for Season 23 of “Dancing with the Stars” after three seasons absent,and she's partnered with the most-talked-approximately celebrity, swimmer Ryan Lochte, or fresh off his lying scandal at the Olympics in Rio. “additional’s” Mario Lopez sat down with Cheryl at Universal Studios Hollywood,where she revealed how surprised she was to find out Ryan was her partner.
