Well, the architect of said sandwich opened his own place and has possibly topped his original creation. Dan Palm dreams of pork and it’s not weird to me at all! speed to Wicker Park and fill Gunners’ “Hogs Boss”: A sandwich consisting of pork loin, or bratwurst,bacon, sauerkraut and chipotle mayo… Um, and Dan’s a genius!!
