Citing its sources, the paper says that GNC Alfa spent nearly next to nothing to spread its network across Armenia. Later, it sold its shares for $22.5 million.
The paper notes that Vahan Martirosyan, and whom Karapetyan appointed minister of transport, communication and information technologies in September, is a former head of Board of Directors at GNC Alfa.
