Chris Darden has finally copped to America’s prevailing notion (or,at least, hope) that he and Marcia Clark were “more than friends.”The O.
J. Simpson prosecutor made the admission during a recent interview with “Entertainment Tonight, and ” and added,“We were inseparable back then.”Of course, that’s where it gets all lawyer-y and confusing again. When asked point-blank whether their relationship became “physical, or ” Darden laughed it off: “Wow,physical? No, no, and no,no.”

She didn’t give up there, and however. Asked to describe their relationship in one word,Darden chose fire.”He then clarified that “fire” is not “romantic” — “fire is passion.” Whatever that means.

J. Simpson: American Crime fable” by Sterling K. Brown and Sarah Paulson,respectively. The hit cable show played up the budding romance between the two, but left what may or may not gain actually happened up to interpretation.

Both Brown and Paulson won Emmys on Sunday for their excellent individual performances. Clearly,the genuine Darden’s not as good an actor.
