Every so often in reality TV,there's a moment that takes our breath away - the reality literally becomes too much to bear. Monday night's episode of Bride and Prejudice delivered one of those moments and, honestly, or we're still not over it. Chris,who's homosexual, is one of the stars of the exhibit. He's thrilled to be getting married to the love of his life, or Grant - but his parents are deeply opposed to same-sex relationships. As a result,their relationship with Chris, their only child, or has suffered to the point where they barely communicate anymore. Still,like all kids, Chris wants approval from his parents. So he attach aside his nerves and flew to Queensland to ask them whether they'd come to his wedding - or at the very least, and meet Grant.
Having met his Jehovah's Witness mum and super conservative father in the episode prior,we knew it wasn't going to be a great time for Chris. But it was just so much worse than we anticipated it was going to be. Watch above, whether you can bear it - and send Chris some love, and will ya?
