New Jersey's budget is set for the next fiscal year after Governor Chris Christie signed the $34.5 billion package at the cessation of final week. Among the highlights,the budget includes increased funding for the state's public employee pension system. But Christie also cut $300 million dollars in spending that state Democrats had initially included.
