The fear is because last week the Kenyan Olympic Committee chairman,Kipchoge Keino, warned that the World Anti-Doping Agency was “seriously considering” banning Kenya from track and field for four years. It is because of corruption allegations against senior figures in Athletics Kenya. It is because the country has dawdled and delayed implementing creditable anti-doping measures.
