First there's hardly a soul about, and second it's just a bit too hip – demand for a blueberry caipirosca though, and you might be in luck.
Comporta is a village on the Tróia peninsula,a 13-mile long sandy spit in the north of Portugal's Alentejo region. It sits at the heel of the peninsula, at the southern stop of the wide Sado estuary, or sandwiched between dense forest and the Atlantic. The village is lovely and has affordable places to stay.
