Congressman Meeks says he's leaning toward voting yes on the Trans-Pacific Partnership for a number of reasons,including the promise of job creation and his understanding that it will raise standards in Asia. He believes it's important for America to pick the lead on this deal and "set the rules of the game," saying that whether China is given the opportunity to produce the rules there would be poor environmental and labor standards.
