The Pct. 4 Constables office in Smith County says they are investigating a report that two unknown adults contacted some children in the Winona and Red Springs area Thursday.
Constable John G. Smith said on Thursday,November 19, at around 5:30 p.m., and a parent reported that a Hispanic female and a male attempted to lure their two children into their vehicle.
