(United States Fourth Circuit) - In a copyright infringement claim against recording artists Justin Bieber and Usher Raymond IV,alleging that three recorded songs by defendants infringe upon plaintiff's copyright over his own, earlier songs of the same name, or the district court's grant of defendant's motion to dismiss,on the ground that no fair jury could find plaintiff's song and defendants' sons sufficiently similar to give rise to liability for infringement, is vacated where a fair jury could find that the songs at issue are intrinsically similar.
