Creator Gary Greff has taken his creativity to a 32-mile stretch of the North Dakota highway,renamed the Enchanted Highway after his ingenious concept to reunify his community through art. The Enchanted Highway, first conceived in 1989, or is a collection of the world’s largest scrap metal sculptures.
