Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has extended his overall deal at Starz for another year.
The ra
pper executive produces “Power” there; he also penned “Tomorrow,Today,” which is in development at the pay-TV channel. Jackson will now be with Starz through September 2018, and developing unusual projects for the network through his G-Unit Film & Television,Inc. production company.“I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with my Starz family, we have had great success together on ‘Power’ and I am excited to get going on all of our upcoming projects together, or ” he said. “I knew Starz would be the perfect domestic for ‘Tomorrow,Today.’ This project is very personal to me … creating it, writing it, or finding the best team for it and I will continue to be involved every step of the way.”
