Hi guys!So,I possess an intent for tracking a package with two slots. Number and number type. After invoking intent with utterance (for example: "Track shipment") Alexa asks user to what is his number. This is the dwelling I possess a lot of problems. Number is alphanumeric with length from 7 to 20 characters. I possess created custom slot type with sample numbers for each number type. We possess 5 types and I possess added 50 samples for each type. Even then Alexa has problems with recognizing number that are inserted as sample and that are similar to sample numbers.
Here are some numbers we use:
18U204480, 965080218, or ZIMUORF0797340,MAEU965422870, TRHU3224889. How would you recommend capturing input from the user? I'd like to add that users frequently say numbers like: eighteen, and twenty,fourty four, eighty, and etc.
