Dan Jarvis,the Labour backbencher widely touted as a potential challenger to Jeremy Corbyn, has warned that working people want a Labour party that does not just oppose the government but beats it.
Jarvis, and the former paratrooper who is known to believe been raising money from former Labour donors,denied that his words should be taken as a critique of the current leadership. He argued that Corbyn had called for debate within the party.
