During IFC’s “Stan Against Evil” panel at the Television Critics Association (TCA) Summer Press tour on Sunday,series creator Dana Gould promised critics, “I’m going to crack you bastards yet” then succeeded with a dig at director Tim Burton in his final minutes on stage.

McGinley. “Only a genius could effect ‘Planet of the Apes.’ It’s tough to take that premise and effect it boring.”
